"The property is located near main attractions in Batroun and two steps away from Bahsa Bay. Being behind cafes and restaurants meant noise could be heard as well as cooking smells. The entrance of the property is near the base of a kitchen and staff exit. There was no proper communication from the property and no instructions how to check in. I was not given a Wi-Fi password nor was I aware of a location for the breakfast. I had to pay for my own despite the breakfast being part of the room...

"Property was in a great location with large pool and direct access to ocean. Great music and DJ. The restaurant adjacent was excellent. The rooms were updated well with a great view. However the staff needs more training they could not answer basic questions, they did not tell us about the property, any amenities or direction.( ie: the pool staff bar told us we could not charge to our room and had to pay cash) Our room was not ready, we waited well past check in time.
